OMFN is now back to Fidelity & Guaranty Life. Please download their updated software. They have new delivery requirements for FG Life choice and Life Elite products. Click on this link to see the memo recently released.

Please remember to keep current on your software with all carriers. Updates are ongoing with all carriers monthly.

Western Reserve Life, Allianz and Monumental are 3 newer carriers brought on recently here at CIA. Western Reserve has good term rates and Allianz has some great annuities.  Contracting forms are available on the forms section of this site.

Most carriers have contests and conventions. Some of them are posted on our Life Carrier info. section.

Remember to check for updated applications/forms on the various carrier websites. If you need an updated website listing please click here or go tothe CIA forms page. Also, it is important to get your paramed, bank draft, and VOID check turned in with applications in order to ensure the fastest placement of your business.

Many carriers have updated rates in 2011. Please make sure you have the most recent version of the carrier software downloaded to your computer.

Remember you can fax or email most all applications and requirements and keep the originals for your records.
